    There should be a field in the training log for Recovery Heart Rate. You measure your heart rate 2 minutes after completing your workout. As you gain fitness your recovery rate will improve, and that can be a very good measure of progress.

    Seems to me this would be very easy to add as a feature, and very helpful.
