Help!: Map not displaying entire route.

I have entered a new route, not using "follow roads".  The complete route was over 11 miles (the correct total shows in the ride heading/title).  When I reopen the route, the route map stops just after mile 7, and the turn notes I typed in after that point fail to display as well.  What gives?
