OK, so where do we report bugs with the beta?

    Here are a few:

Save gpx is useless if it doesn't save the notes.  It does not seem to now.

    Can't inset a point.

    Points getting doubled up - E.g., http://www.mapmyride.com/view_route?r=983932081

Doesn't default to my location at start.

Nothing works after "clear all" - mouse clicks on map ignored.

If you click a start point, forget to click "Follow Roads," click the next point, click undo, click follow roads, try to click another point - nothing happens, and you can't recover.  You have to restart and of course it doesn't remember where you live.

After save all the notes are doubled up - see http://www.mapmyride.com/view_route?r=209914364

You guys aren't serious about this are you?

It does look promising - but hey, things have to work - you're not a microsoft monopoly you know.

    Hey guys-

Thanks for providing feedback on the beta.  We have actually created a community group specifically to group this feedback together so we can respond as well as possible.

Please join us in the group here

Peter, as for the issues you've raised here, we've made quite a bit of progress since your original post.  Most of the issues you've raised have been addressed and fixed, and your feedback helped us identify and fix these issues.

The one outstanding request from your original post is with regards to 'save notes in gpx'.  It's not done yet, but based on your request we've added it to our queue.  You can rest assured that if you create a route with notes now, you will be able to download a GPX with the notes in the near future.

Again, thanks for the feedback, and I encourage you to followup in the beta forum.

I can't get an elevation reading for my routes, it just comes up with an error message. I'm using Firefox. Anyone else having similar problems?
