Help!: Garmin 305 Points in Course

Is there any way to put "Points" indicating turns into a course, that will show up in Training Center and then a Garmin 305? I've been able to put in the points in the training center software but would prefer to do it directly in MapMyRide since the road detail is much better. I would like the turns to beep and pop up in my 305.
