by: jscott262 - Sep 26 2008, 2:36AM also on wed and sunday's , i am two a day workouts; run am , then run pm.
i don't count my biking, only put biking as a footnote in run workout details if i biked to the track for 400m repeats or to a race location using cycling as a warmup.

by: dengleem - Jun 6 2008, 4:30PM J. Scott state your method to posting so many miles already. How are you already up to 80+ miles??? Are you biking? Do you run everywhere?

by: Ninji - Apr 28 2008, 9:04PM When you check your progress on the Asics' 100-mile challenge, there are the "top 10 groups" on the lower right - we're somewhere below the super cool "Idaho Sloths" (my personal favorite, if any other group can give Radio Teddy a run for his money).
Enjoy!

by: Ninji - Apr 23 2008, 9:15PM Ok, so it seems everyone wants to stay here. So, I've noticed that the counter still tracks progress beyond the goal, so all we have to do is make it to 200% of our current group goal (200 miles) in order to reach the proper group milage. Good luck, and let's keep up the fine mileage!

by: jscott262 - Apr 20 2008, 4:29AM or we can do a 200 mile challenge every two weeks?

by: Ninji - Apr 19 2008, 6:21PM Hmm. . . I wonder if it is possible.
Let's see if we can - since there are 4 of us, I'll try to retroactively adjust it for a team goal of 400 miles. Wish me luck. . .
