Hike Description
This is an ~40 mile 3-4 day backpacking trek through Rocky Mountain National Park. It climbs Long's Peak, crosses the divide at Flattop Mountain, and ends near Grand Lake. on the west side of the park (it can also be done in reverse, depending on availability of campsites). Campsites that I used are indicated by the "Stop" points on the map. Be sure to contact the park office for more backcountry information, as camping is fairly strictly regulated.
