Run Description
Run this course barefoot. Its gravel, has lots of debris...if you choose to run barefoot, I suggest you follow a differnt path than I did, and start working your feet up to running a path like this instead of hitting it right off of the bat. My first few times, my feet were completely bleeding, then I gotused to it and am having no problems except for the obligatory sticks and pebbles that prick ya!
