Run Description
4/7/08. 6PM. 0:40:55 for 3.4 miles. 470 Kcal 35% fat. 75/145/164. 45 degrees and sunny. 2 mph E wind. Still a lot of snow but the road is dry. Had a great run. 2.11 miles easy jog, then run/walk the rest of the way.
