Bike Ride Description
Urban. We start at 5:00PM so there's not much traffic. The route starts out with a lot of stop and go thru neighborhoods but has a lot of long stretches of riding once you hit Jefferson. You go by Tiger Stadium. Slow's Barbeque, Michigan Central Train Station, Xochomilco's, under the Ambassador Bridge, St Anne's Church, Joe Louis, Cobo, Renaissance Center, Chene Park, Belle Isle, Elmwood Cemetary, Eastern Market, Avalon Bakery, Wayne State, and the old GM Building. There are pheasants on the route.
