Bike Ride Description
A lot of ups and downs, but seriously nothing too intense - or maybe I'm finally getting stronger! We stopped a couple of times, but we weren't biking to work out, we were just biking to have fun. We did a lot of charging up the hills, a lot easier on my road bike than on Nathan's mountain bike!
