Run Description
This is a 4 mile run with a great 1 mile uphill climb up Woodland Drive followed by a downhill stretch along Regency. First part of the run is a nice warm up before you hit the hill on Woodland. Hoof it up the hill, then coast the rest of the way. You'll love it. Parking at the city park with some nice grass to stretch in.
