Description of this Commute

***Caution*** As you exit checkpoint watch for runners. Turn right out of Exchange point onto Capeheart Rd. heading west. Follow Capeheart Rd. for about 0.3 miles to 84th St. Take a right (north) onto 84th St. Follow 84th St. for 0.9 miles until you reach Schram Rd Take a left(west) onto Schram Rd. Continue heading west on Schram for about 2.3 miles until you reach 114th St. Take a left (south) on 114th St. Remain on 114th St. until your vehicle reaches Capeheart (approximately 1 mile). Take a right (west) onto Capeheart. ***Caution*** your vehicle will now entering the course please be careful of runners. Take Capeheart for about 1 mile the exchange point will just be after 124th St. on your right (passengers side/north).
