Description of this Run

This run is used durng brick workouts. It begins behind the Defined Fitness on Coors and Montano and heads north on the road behind defined and then angles cross country to the bosque where there is a public access dirt road once you have crossed over the asequa. The run heads north on that dirt road to Paseo del Norte and then you turn around and head back the same route.
