Description of this Bike Ride

This is a weekly recovery ride, a social ride, a slow ride, a get-to-know-ya ride… whatever you have to tell yourself to understand that attacks, sprints, and go-fast-win-all attitudes have no place here. This ride is for the women looking to learn more about cycling and meet some cool ladies while you’re at it. Guys are welcome but understand that a no-drop rule is in place, we’ll cover roughly 25 miles, we’ll use bike path and desolate highway, and there will be some rolling hills. <br>
