Usual route home.

Features: Mead Gardens trail, residential streets, 2- and 4-lane streets. Some bricks.

Notes: Beware the Doore Zone on Edgewater Dr. - you must ride 1 foot from the left edge of the BL to be clear of doors (passing large vehicles requires leaving the BL. Always merge left before Princeton to avoid being right-hooked or pinched, ride in the center of the lane between Princeton and Smith.

The green light at WP and Orange is timed so you also get the green arrow at Rollins St. (usually).
Coming out of Mead Gardens, beware of traffic approaching on Garden St. These are using the neighborhood as a cut-thru, they are impatient - stop and let them go, you don't want this type of motorist behind you!

The bricks on Pennsylvania are impossible, I use the 9th-grade center driveway and sidewalk to avoid them. The old bricks on the other roads are fine.

Go through Rollins to the Art Museum, then left and follow the road to Dinky Dock (this has been part of my commute since it was a dirt path :-).
The trick to Aloma is to wait for the green light at Dinky Dock, then turn right. It's slightly downhill and you'll have a few seconds of gap before traffic catches up. RIDE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RIGHT LANE - the lanes are narrow, this forces motorists to change lanes to pass. The last cub cut in the sidewalk is a residential driveway just before Lake Mizelle. Hop on the sidewalk there and take the right cut on the other side of the lake to Mizell Ave. Be watchful for and respectful of pedestrians, and look out for the pothole and the light-pole. It would be nice if the city would make a curb cut AT the path to Mizell.
