Run Description
this is the perfect loop. in the harsh desert summers it helps to run at night and this 4 mile loop is well lit with few cars to deal with. the sides are on a slight slope to wake up the legs, but this is a flat road run. you can choose to do intervals if you like. this whole loop includes 24 blocks (of varying length, the long ones are about 1/4 mile) pick a couple intersections to sprint to to add in some speed work. another fun thing to do with this loop is run it twice and make sure to do a negative split.
