55y/o male, workout includes: run every day (weather permitting), varied distances from 3-10 mi., Weight training on Mon., Wed., & Fri.: 3 day split- Mon. :chest/arms/abs, Wed.: legs/abs, Fri.: shoulders//back/abs.
Goal is to be perpetually fit, in Spirit, Body, & Mind. God is good, all the time!
